How IPYNB Tools handles uploaded notebook files, generated PDFs, and basic site data.
File processing
IPYNB Tools uses uploaded .ipynb files only to create the requested PDF output and preview. The converter does not execute notebook code and does not intentionally read local files, private databases, or private APIs referenced by notebook cells.
Temporary artifacts
Uploaded files, generated PDFs, and preview images are treated as temporary processing artifacts for the conversion workflow. Do not upload notebooks that contain passwords, API keys, private customer data, or confidential research material.
Site data
The site may process basic technical request data needed to serve pages, protect the service, and diagnose failures. Analytics or product tracking will only be used when configured for this site.
